CALTON fulfils the daily requirement of Vitamin D and Calcium. It is vital to increase osteoblastic activity. Experimental subjects have confirmed development of bone changes similar to those seen in oestrogen deficient osteoporotic women. These changes are probably partly due to inadequate oestrogen levels exacerbated by calcium deficiency. Calcium gluconate which is better known to contain oestrogen significantly prevented net bone loss and reduces osteoclastic activity thereby facilitates bone formation.

COMPOSITION
Calcium Gluconate I.P. – 180 mg
Di- Calcium Phosphate I.P. – 180 mg
Vitamin D3 I.P. – 500 I.U
Colour: Sunset yellow and Ponceau 4R in flavour base. Appropriate overages of vitamin added.
DOSAGE
Adults: 1 or 2 tablets twice or thrice a day
Children (6- 12 years): 1 tablet twice a day or as directed by the physician.
Store in a cool, dark and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
